This work focuses on the body and the soul. It draws from the themes of life, death, and love, embodying the dignity and depth of human existence. Through rigorous exploration, experimentation, and struggle with body and spirit, the performer experiences life and the concept of death—until the body ultimately disintegrates, turns into ashes in flames, and returns to earth and water. In embodying this ritual act, the performer burns away ego and desires, transforms into ashes, and the remaining soul departs into the sacred, into the other world. I believe that at the root of this process lies the energy, embrace, and guidance of love, which is regarded as universal consciousness. I am convinced that in this very moment of performance, the mystery of eternity is hidden.
